We build your dream.

At Bates Building, we strive to provide all of the resources and support to help you create your dream home. We focus on guiding you through all aspects of your new home construction from beginning to end. We provide the assistance and expertise necessary to make the planning and building process a great experience.

It starts with a vision.

The process includes thorough research into your needs, then a plan that is one of a kind and designed specifically for you, your needs and budget. Our custom homes are just that: custom, not “cookie cutter.”

We understand the importance of getting the small details right, and how important those “small things” can be in your new home.
